These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. website, digital courses, coaching programs, and services. By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any product or service from Sareen Career Coaching Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access the website or purchase any products or services.
Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. provides personalized coaching and consulting services including resume reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, career planning, job search strategy, and digital learning programs.
These services are intended to provide professional guidance and support but do not constitute employment placement services and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

Clients are solely responsible for implementing the strategies discussed during coaching and for the outcomes of their job search activities.
All services and programs offered by Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. must be paid for in advance.
Because many of our offerings include digital products, course materials, coaching time, and proprietary intellectual property, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted or services have been delivered.
No refunds will be issued once a coaching session has taken place or once access to digital course materials has been provided.
Any exceptions to this policy may be granted only at the sole discretion of Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. and must be confirmed in writing.
Clients participating in coaching programs such as the Job Search Navigator Program may receive a separate written service agreement outlining the specific terms of their selected plan. In the event of any inconsistency, that agreement will take precedence over these Terms.
Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks after accessing services or course materials may result in suspension of access and enforcement of outstanding payment obligations where applicable.
All materials provided by Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. including but not limited to worksheets, templates, session recordings, presentations, downloadable resources, guides, frameworks, and video content are the intellectual property of Sareen Career Coaching Ltd.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sareen Career Coaching Ltd.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of intellectual property may result in termination of services and legal enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Purchasing the Job Search Crash Course makes you an official client of Sareen Career Coaching Ltd.
The course includes access to a QR code that unlocks additional premium interview preparation resources. Completing the Google Form included in the course will grant access to these additional materials.
If you secure employment after completing the course, your success story may be used as a testimonial on the Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. website by default.
To request removal from social media platforms such as LinkedIn or Instagram you must send an email to career@sareencareercoaching.com requesting removal.
Website testimonials may remain as part of the historical documentation of services delivered.
Clients who purchase live coaching sessions or enroll in programs such as the Job Search Navigator Program agree that:
Violation of this section may result in termination of services and possible legal action.
While many clients secure interviews within approximately 21 days, results vary significantly and are not guaranteed.
Career outcomes depend on many factors including individual effort experience qualifications interview performance and job market conditions.
Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. does not guarantee interviews job offers or employment outcomes.
Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their participation and results.
Sareen Career Coaching Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual if:
If services are terminated due to violations of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of a dispute both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith discussion or mediation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, the matter will be settled through binding arbitration governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Clients agree to waive the right to jury trials or class action claims.
