These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sareen Career Coaching website, digital courses, programs, and services. By accessing our website, booking a session, or purchasing any offering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
Sareen Career Coaching provides personalized coaching and consulting services, including resume reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock interviews, career planning, video-based learning, and job search strategies. These services are designed to provide strategic guidance and support, but do not constitute employment placement or guarantee job acquisition.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information relevant to the coaching process

• Participate in sessions in good faith and communicate respectfully

• Use all coaching materials and services strictly for personal, non-commercial use

Clients are solely responsible for implementing strategies discussed during coaching and for the outcomes of their job search.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Plan Agreements
All services must be paid for in advance. No refunds will be issued once a session has occurred or a digital product has been accessed. Exceptions may be made only at our sole discretion and must be agreed upon in writing.

Clients in our coaching programs (e.g., Job Search Navigator) will receive separate written agreements specific to the selected plan. That agreement will take precedence in case of overlap.

4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Sareen Career Coaching—including worksheets, recordings, slides, digital downloads, session notes, guides, and video content—are the intellectual property of Sareen Career Coaching. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or share any part of our content without written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Job Search Crash Course Terms
Purchasing the Job Search Crash Course makes you an official client. You will gain access to a QR code that unlocks bonus premium interview preparation content. By completing the Google Form included in the course, you will receive those bonus resources.

If you land a job after completing the course, your success story may be used as a testimonial on our website by default.
To opt out of social media use (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), you must email career@sareencareercoaching.com and request removal.
Website use of your story is part of your purchase and is not subject to opt-out.

6. Confidentiality for Coaching Clients
If you join the Job Search Navigator Program or purchase any live coaching sessions, you agree that:

• All coaching session recordings and notes are for your personal use only

• You may not share these resources with anyone else

• Strategies, frameworks, or insights shared during coaching are confidential

Violations of this section may result in termination of services and legal action.

7. Results Disclaimer
While many clients secure interviews within 21 days, results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the client’s effort, consistency, experience, and job market conditions. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers. Clients are expected to take full responsibility for their participation and results.

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual at any time if:

• Their behavior is deemed inappropriate or abusive

• There is a breach of these Terms

• Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of materials is discovered

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith mediation. If unresolved, the matter will be settled through binding arbitration governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Clients waive the right to court trials and class action claims.
